Full Build Project Timeline

Here’s what you can expect working with us on a full build

Investing in a full conversion is a significant commitment, and we’re here to make the process transparent, supportive, and enjoyable. Here’s how it works:

Trim model consultation and customization:

• Choose from our Legend or Lifestyle models.
• In a free consult, we’ll discuss features, upgrades, and customization options.
• Review samples and resources as we create your custom build sheet.

Project Approval, Scheduling & Ordering:

• Submit a $2,000 Project Initiation Fee which covers project management, design, and parts procurement and provides a detailed estimate.
• Approve the estimate and secure your spot with a deposit and paperwork.
• We’ll begin ordering your parts and planning your project to ensure a smooth and efficient build.

Building & Completion:

• It’s your turn! Drop off your van at our Santa Cruz shop and submit your drop-off payment
• We’ll keep you updated with progress reports as your build progresses.
• Once completed, your van undergoes thorough testing to ensure everything’s perfect.

Completed Project:

• It’s here! Take a tour of your new home on wheels and learn about all its features.
• Settle your remaining balance.
• Hit the road and enjoy your newfound freedom!
